*⁴ Discounted service rate considered for residential victims of cybercrime when requested by police departments.

*⁵ 30% service rate discount for organizations registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

*⁶ Out-of-hours callouts are charged at 1.5 times the standard service rate plus an additional $100 out of hours call out fee.

*⁷ Review of detailed scope of work documentation, process manuals, technical documentation, and/or network topology information is billable time. SCNS reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if this documentation is not up to standard. This is to provide assurance that service will be completed to a satisfactory & safe level.
